In October I travelled to my beloved Paris with my wife to breathe in some fresh artistic air. Incidentally, we lived only a couple of blocks away from the spot where the horrible terror acts happened two weeks later. My beloved city, my Paris bien-aimée, had trembled, but survived. Thus, this is the reason we have to live on. However, the dismay I had felt right after the attacks had to be released out, so I´ve captured it all in this painting.
